2009/2010 Project Year 2 - strategic advice and support

- Stevenage - resolve current issues, install new hardware and software, training
- Dacorum - new workstations, peer-to-peer server, enhanced security, documentation system
- Hertfordshire - designing new office network with remote access, training
- Watford - admin changes to improve access to funding, portable ICT training equipment
2008/2009 Project Year 1 - strategic advice and support
- Hatfield - network reconfiguration and attached storage, websites integrated and redesigned
- Hertfordshire - Configuration and procurement of a new server
- Stevenage - Getting and configuring new server, document scanning, remote access
- Dacorum - PC upgrades, network attached filestore, backup, email, anti-virus
- North Herts - at minimal cost: replace PC by laptop, replace and configure router
- St Albans - add memory to PCs, repartition, update software
- Hertsmere - reconfigure network, upgrade software and hardware, add network storage
